Working together ​

Several organisers can edit the same event at once.

Autosave ​

There is no save button. Changes are written shortly after you stop typing, and the top bar reads Saved once they are stored.

  • Closing the tab is safe once the indicator reads Saved.
  • There is no discard or undo. To reverse a change, change it back.
  • Deletions ask you to confirm first.

If a save fails, an error appears. Stay on the page and retry the change.

Presence ​

When another organiser is editing the event, their name appears against the shift they are working on in the left nav.

Shift locking ​

A shift being edited by someone else is locked to you. You will see:

  • a padlock beside the shift in the nav
  • the name of the organiser editing it
  • greyed-out fields if you open it

Locks are per shift, so others can work on the rest of the event. A lock clears when the other person moves away. If one persists, ask them to close the tab or switch section.
